Recent Achievements

In the past three years Dr. Hamilton has written grants that have brought over $3 million to
address homelessness on Cape Cod and the Islands. Examples include:

2005 Authored (Exhibit 1) of the HUD Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant for Cape Cod
and the Islands. $1.1 million

2005 Authored "Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness on Cape Cod and the Islands" for the Leadership
Council to End Homelessness on Cape Cod and the Islands.

2004 Authored (Exhibit 1) of the HUD Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant for Cape Cod
and the Islands. $1 million

2004 Authored the HUD Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant for Falmouth Housing
Corporation for Bridgeport, an eight efficiency unit dwelling for chronically homeless individuals. $290,000

2003 Authored (Exhibit 1) of the HUD Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant for Cape Cod
and the Islands. $1 million
